Costs, fees and replacement policy
Our placement fee is 15% of one year's gross salary. Included in this fee is a four-month replacement period; CPR for nannies, nanny/housekeepers and senior caregiver positions; a driving report and a criminal background report. The replacement period assures you that if your employee is fired or leaves the job for any reason, we will replace her/him without an additional placement fee. Where possible, we like for the candidate to work a "trial week" before you pay our fee. This helps make for a better hiring choice. TrustLine registration (for nannies and childcare) is an additional $130 and is required by California state law.
